Sheet Metal

Our Sheet Metal fabrication provide excellent quality and cost from low to high scale manufacturing, enabling our value customer to manage the cost effectively for R&D purposes or their new market products entry evaluation stage. 

Die Casting

We manufacture a wide range of aluminium / zinc components for various industries. Pressure die-casting is a process where molten metal alloy is injected under high pressure into a steel mould (or tool), and solidifies rapidly (within milliseconds) to form a net shaped component and is then automatically extracted.

The die casting tool will typically produce any number of components from hundreds to thousands, before requiring replacement. 

Plastic Injection

We provides plastic moulding solutions including both conventional injection moulding and insert-moulding.

We also support any related secondary finishing requirements. 

Wide range of injection moulding machines (vertical / horizontal) to cater variety of different requirements. 

Metrology Lab

Our metrology lab provides an ideal environment of that with sophisticated equipment for measuring high precision products.

Metrology lab is equipped with high technology instruments such as CNC CMM, digimatic micrometer, digimatic depth indicator, digimatic caliper, roughness tester, pin gauge, thread gauge and etc. for daily measuring tasks.
